Cauliflower Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients #
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 27oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- spaghetti noodles, cooked
Directions #
- Pulse cauliflower in a food processor, 1/4 of the head at a time
- In a large pan sauté onion and add garlic, 4-5 minutes
- Add in cauliflower and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes
- Add diced tomatoes and herbs and cook for 6 minutes
- Serve over noodles
