Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Ingredients #
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp vegan butter, melted
Directions #
- Preheat oven to 450
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
- In large bowl, add water, flour, garlic and onion powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined
- Add cauliflower to bowl and toss to combine
- Remove cauliflower, one by one and place on baking sheet (not touching)
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Flip them over and bake for 10 more minutes
- Melt butter in a saucepan on the stove over medium heat
- Once melted add the hot sauce and stir, remove from heat
- Brush mixture onto cauliflower and return them to pan
- Bake for 20 more minutes
