Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients #
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 1 pound sweet potatoes (1 large or 2 medium)
- 2 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
Directions #
- Preheat oven to 400
- Trim brussels and cut in half
- Peel sweet potato and chop into 1 squares
- Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix
- Roast for 40-45 minutes
