Spaghetti and Meatball soup
Ingredients #
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can, 28 oz, crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 8 oz spaghetti
- meatballs, cooked
Directions #
- Heat olive oil in large pot
- Add garlic and onions and sauté for 5 minutes
- Add broth, tomatoes, vinegar, basil and oregano
- simmer, then reduce heat to medium and add spaghetti
- Once spaghetti is cooked add meatballs
